Sheri Schatz

Sheri Schatz, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resource professional with extensive experience in managing HR and Payroll functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Anagram International since February 2022, Sheri provides strategic and operational support at both corporate and business unit levels. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Everidge, overseeing HR functions for six national locations, and Senior Human Resources Manager at Bernatello's Foods, where Sheri led HR and safety initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Additional experience includes positions at U.S. Water and MTI Distributing, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and operational efficiencies. Sheri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and an Associate of Arts from Bethel University, along with a degree in Banking Occupations from Eden Prairie Vocational Technical College.
