Masayuki Uzaki

Masayuki Uzaki currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at YOTEL since November 2024, overseeing all HR and labor-related matters for YOTEL Ginza. Prior to this role, Uzaki worked as the Area Director of Human Resources at Banyan Group, focusing on recruitment and HR scheme development for a new property set to open in summer 2024. Uzaki's experience also includes positions as the Director of Talent Development and Director of Human Resources for Japan at The Ascott Limited, emphasizing talent management and HR integration for Ascott and Oakwood.
