Henry Castro has extensive experience in facilities planning and zoning, currently serving as a Facilities Planner for the Anaheim Elementary School District since November 2018. Previously, Henry held a position in facilities planning with the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District and worked as a Zoning Manager at Core Development Services. As a consultant from August 2009 to March 2015, Henry provided permit expediting services and managed entitlement applications for commercial and residential projects. Further experience includes planning roles with the City of Norwalk, where responsibilities included assisting the public with planning inquiries, conducting plan reviews, and preparing reports for planning commission meetings. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Design & Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate of Arts from Cerritos College.
