Rudy van Aert

Rudy van Aert has a diverse work experience in product design and graphic design. Rudy'smost recent role was as a Product and Graphic Designer at Anaïk since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Designer at Maranello from 2014 to 2018. Rudy also held the position of Senior Product Designer in the Research & Development department at KOMPAN A/S in 2014. From 2010 to 2013, Rudy worked as a Senior Product Designer on a freelance basis for KINOVITA and Belgo Concept. Rudy served as a Product Manager at Samsonite from 2005 to 2006 and as a Product Designer at DELSEY Paris from 2002 to 2005. Rudy started their career as a Product Designer at IN SPIRIT DESIGN SAS in 1999 and at Vange Strategic Design in 1998.

Rudy van Aert's education history includes a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Institut Supérieur des Beaux-Arts de St Luc Liège, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. In 2013, they completed a training program in SolidWorks and Rhinoceros at the Centre de compétence Forem Cepegra - Charleroi. In 1997, they also completed a program in graphic design at the same institution. Additionally, Rudy participated in an ERASMUS exchange program for three months in 1995 at the University of Humberside in Hull, focusing on Exhibition & Graphic Design. Prior to that, they obtained a degree as a civil building draftsman from the Institut Reine Astrid Mons from 1989 to 1992.
