Adrian Clarke

Adrian Clarke is an experienced recruitment leader currently serving as the Director of Executive Search & Strategic Sourcing at Analog Devices since April 2024, overseeing global executive and leadership recruiting. Previously, Adrian held the position of EMEA Sector Leader for Growth Technology at Korn Ferry, contributing significantly to the growth technology search practice across EMEA. With a strong background in data science and analytics recruitment, Adrian served as Associate Director at IT Search and Selection, and earlier in various roles focused on energy and renewables while working at Coyle Group. Adrian has also held leadership positions in talent consulting and engagement in social entrepreneurship through Enactus and the European Youth Parliament.
