Ho Hoai Duc Nguyen

Ho Hoai Duc Nguyen is an experienced professional in the field of optical engineering and application architecture, currently serving as a Field Application Engineer at Analog Devices since July 2025. Prior to this role, Nguyen was a Principal System Architect at ams OSRAM, focusing on corporate development and application marketing, and previously worked as a System Architect in the ADAS-HMI division. Earlier experience includes contributions as an Optics Engineer at Valeo, where the development of next-generation LiDAR sensors for ADAS was a key focus, and as a Research Scientist at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, managing the POLALI-3D project in collaboration with micro resist technology GmbH and the Institute of Microstructure Technology. An academic background includes a Ph.D. from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, an MBA from HECTOR School of Engineering & Management, and dual Erasmus Mundus Master's degrees in Photonics Engineering from Aix-Marseille University and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, complemented by an engineering degree from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
