Jian Wen

Jian Wen is a seasoned professional in biomedical engineering and digital healthcare, currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Analog Devices since October 2021. Prior to this, Jian held the position of Senior Staff Engineer in Digital Healthcare at Analog Devices and worked as a Staff Engineer at Siemens Healthineers, where responsibilities included leading the transfer of manufacturing processes from R&D to production. Jian's background also includes a role as a Senior Scientist at Werfen North America, focusing on R&D for blood gas product development, and a postdoctoral research associate position at MIT, where Jian developed innovative microfluidic systems for protein separation. Jian holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the University of Virginia, an MBA from UMass Amherst, and a B.S. in Analytical Chemistry and Computer Science from Wuhan University.
