Neil Conroy

Neil Conroy is an experienced professional in sales operations, currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations for Worldwide Sales at Analog Devices since September 2008. In this role, Neil oversees company-wide sales operations, focusing on revenue forecasting, customer strategies, and performance metrics, while collaborating with the Finance team on budgets. Prior to this position, Neil held various roles at Analog Devices from 1996 to 2008, including Director of Planning and Director of Business Operations. Neil's career began at Raytheon as a Process Engineering Manager, following a role at Sprague Semiconductor as a Product Planner. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an MBA in Marketing from Nichols College.
