Shelly Shaw

Shelly Shaw is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, securities, and M&A. Most recently, Shelly served at Analog Devices as General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, as well as Vice President and Associate General Counsel from January 2022 to October 2023. Prior to this, Shelly held various roles at Citrix, including Senior Director and Associate General Counsel, and has a solid foundation as an Associate at Brown Rudnick LLP. Shelly began the legal career as an intern in the legal department at Covidien. Shelly holds a Juris Doctor degree from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.
