Nomagugu Siwela

Nomagugu Siwela has a strong background in talent acquisition and sourcing. Nomagugu is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Analog Teams, where they lead a team of 32 employees and consistently exceeds KPIs. Prior to this, they worked at DotConnect as a Global Sourcing Manager, where they led a team of 17 sourcers and successfully delivered exceptional results for clients. Additionally, they held roles as a Sourcing Lead and Talent Sourcer at DotConnect, where they achieved impressive hiring metrics and actively promoted diversity sourcing. Siwela also has experience as a Technical Sourcer at Pantheon Platform, where they sourced and hired a team of full-stack engineers. Outside of their talent acquisition roles, Siwela was involved in leadership positions at Engineers Without Borders UKZN and served as a tutor at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where they provided support to students in various technical and communication areas.

Nomagugu Siwela earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the same institution and completed a Master in Science degree in Chemical Engineering from 2020 to 2021. In May 2022, they obtained a certification as a Certified GBD Talent Designing & Leading Course Graduate from Growth by Design Talent.
