Andrzej Lubaszka began their career in 2003 as an Audio Technician for Skylands Professional Audio, LLC. In 2004, they took on the role of Senior Technician for RIT Tech Crew. In 2005, they worked as a Sound Engineer and Systems Technician for Kennedy Event Services. In 2006, they were an Educational Technology Center Broadcast Engineering Co-op and a SportsZone Engineer at the Rochester Institute of Technology. In 2007, they worked as a Repair and Quality Control Co-op for Whirlwind. In 2008, they were an Event Production Engineer for Designatronix. Finally, in 2009, they were Chief Technologist and Technical Support Manager at Analog Way, where they were responsible for overseeing the Technical Service department, providing direct support and training for all products, and managing the technical aspects of trade shows.
Andrzej Lubaszka attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
