Delphine TARDIF

Delphine TARDIF has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Sales fields over the past two decades. In 2011, they became the Director of Human Resources for Analog Way, a world-leading designer and manufacturer of innovative equipment dedicated to the professional audiovisual industry. Prior to this, they were the HR Administration Manager for Lumenis France from 2001-2011, the Sales Administration Manager France for ESC Medical Systems Ltd from 1999-2001, the Marketing and Sales Coordinator for Quantel laser by LUMIBIRD from 1995-1999 and the Sales Operations Support Specialist for PSI (Photon Science Instruments) from 1992-1995.

Delphine TARDIF has a diverse educational background. In 2013-2015 they completed a Master in Human Resources at IGS-RH through a continuing education program. From 1996-1998, they obtained a BTS Action commerciale (MUC) from ARCA, Ecole de Commerce et de Management, Evry in a two year degree program in Sales, Communication and Marketing. Lastly, in 1992-1993, they obtained a Professional Diploma in Sales & Marketing (TAC) from the Institut de foramation.
