Thilo Neiss has been a Sales Manager for Analog Way since 2020. From 2010 to 2020, they were a Projektleiter mit Schwerpunkt Video und Ablaufregie for KFP Five Star Conference Service. From 2000 to 2010, they were self-employed as a GF.

Thilo Neiss attended Werner-von-Siemens-Schule Frankfurt, where they earned a Mediengestalter Bild/Ton IHK Abschluss. Thilo also attended august bebel schule offenbach, where they earned a Fachoberschule Metalbau.
