Paul Hibbard

Paul Hibbard serves as a Vice President at Analysis Group, a position held since 2003. Prior to this role, Paul was the Chairman of the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities from April 2007 to May 2010. Paul holds a Master of Science degree in Energy and Resources from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Massachusetts.
