Oli Barnett is an experienced professional with a strong background in transformation and value creation across various industries. Currently serving as a Partner and UK Practice Lead for Transformation & Value Creation at Analysys Mason, Oli focuses on developing strategies to position the firm as a leading global consulting partner. In addition, as a Player Mentor for the ATP Tour, Oli supports professional tennis players in developing essential business and career skills. Previously, Oli held the position of Partner at Baringa, where the emphasis was on enterprise value creation and operational excellence. Prior roles include Director of Continuous Improvement at Openreach, Senior Manager at Accenture, and Design & Manufacturing Engineer at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
