Robert van Dam

Robert Van Dam is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in a variety of roles within the tech industry. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Analytic Index since January 2023, Robert previously held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Newfold Digital, where key contributions included architectural mentoring and system consolidation. During a significant tenure at Endurance International Group Hldgs Inc, Robert managed a team, oversaw database administration, and led multiple projects including API development and customer migrations. Additional experience includes software engineering roles at Bluehost, Southwest Research Institute, Brigham Young University, and the University of Rochester, complemented by a Master's degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Math and Computer Science from the University of Rochester.
