Amanda Traetto is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits administration and human resource coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Administrator at ANSER since May 2014, Amanda has developed expertise in managing employee benefits. Prior experience includes a role as an HR Coordinator at MVM, Inc., where responsibilities involved handling unemployment and workers’ compensation claims for multiple Federal Government site locations. Amanda's career began in academia as a Teacher at School Age Child Care, where skills in training, data analysis, and confidentiality were cultivated. Amanda holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and an HR Certificate from Marymount University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Music from George Mason University.
