J. Clay McGuyer

J. Clay McGuyer is currently working at ANSER as OUSD (Research & Engineering) - Innovation & Modernization (RRTO), providing IPA support for Mission Capabilities, Innovation & Modernization (formerly Rapid Reaction Technology Office). Prior to this role, J. Clay McGuyer held positions such as Innovation Lead at National Guard Bureau and Senior Advisor at BMNT, where J. Clay led innovative programs in the Department of Defense and the Department of State. With a background in Biomedical Engineering and Zoology, McGuyer has a strong foundation for developing solutions to urgent military needs and establishing innovation ecosystems.
