Kelly Scheuneman-Chase has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Kelly has held various roles in different organizations, starting as a Technical Recruiter at Information Concepts in 1995. Kelly then became a Senior Human Resources Generalist at The Lewin Group, where they provided guidance and support to employees regarding personnel issues, employee relations, benefits administration, staffing, and performance management. In 2003, they joined NRECA as a Staffing Advisor, managing the recruiting program and processes. Kelly then moved on to ANSER in 2008, first as a Manager of Human Resources and later as the Director of Human Resources. In these roles, they were responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, resolving employee relations issues, developing policies, and providing overall strategic leadership for all HR matters.

From 2007 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Interior Design at Marymount University.
