Daniel Molitor has been in the analytics and business intelligence field since 2012. Daniel began their career as an Economic Policy Intern at the Center for American Progress, followed by a role as a Compliance Specialist at Freedom Mortgage. In 2013, they took on the role of Lock Desk Analyst at MCT Trading, then Research Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco in 2014. In 2016, they joined Fitbit as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, then SmartDrive Systems as a Senior Analyst in 2018. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Analytica Consulting as a Senior Analytics Consultant, where they have led the design and development of COVID-19 data pipelines and dashboards, upgraded table and dashboard designs, defined tables and crafted dashboards, and developed a sales operations analytics solution.

Daniel Molitor attended Carmel High School from 2003 to 2006, where they earned an Academic Honors Diploma. Daniel then attended the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they transferred to Purdue University, where they earned a Dual B.S. in Economics and Behavioral Neuroscience in 2011. In 2015, they took coursework in Mathematics at the University of California, Berkeley.
