Lead, Advanced Projects Aerospace Engineering

Matthew Duchek is an aerospace engineer with extensive experience in both mechanical and aerospace engineering. As the Lead of Advanced Projects at Analytical Mechanics Associates since 2012, Matthew leads a team focused on mission and spacecraft concept studies, propulsion technology modeling, and multidisciplinary analysis tool development. Previous roles include serving as an Aerospace Engineer, where Matthew worked on spacecraft and space system development and analysis, and as a Payload R&D Engineer at BioServe Space Technologies, where hardware for ISS science experiments was designed and tested. Matthew's career began as a NASA Academy Research Associate at Marshall Space Flight Center. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
