Gustavo Palacios has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions.

★ Gustavo began their career at Fundación Centro Nacional del Vidrio in 2004 as an IT Professional, where they worked on web design and programming projects.

In 2005, they joined Impronta Soluciones, S.L. as a Senior IT Administrator, where they managed the Systems Department and reported directly to the CEO. ★ Gustavo later became the Big Data Solutions Architect, leading a new Big Data project and overseeing the entire data process.

In 2018, Gustavo joined Analyticalways as Product Owner | Agile Coach. In this role, they worked closely with customers to gather requirements and prioritize tasks. ★ Gustavo also managed multiple teams, including UX-UI, Web, and Mobile, implementing scalable and efficient Agile methodologies.

Over the years, Gustavo took on additional responsibilities at Analyticalways, serving as the Head of Cloud Operations Engineer, Chief Information Security Officer, and Data Protection Officer.

Throughout their career, Gustavo has demonstrated their expertise in various domains, including cloud operations, information security, data protection, Agile project management, big data solutions, and IT administration.

Gustavo Palacios completed a Master's degree in Business Intelligence & Big Data at MSMK from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Técnico Superior degree in Administración de sistemas informáticos from I.E.S. María Moliner, Segovia from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Gustavo has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Security, Compilance & Identity Fundamentals from Microsoft in October 2022, Microsoft: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in October 2020, Agilidad Avanzada from Scrum Manager in April 2019, Cómo tomar decisiones from LinkedIn in July 2018, Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Manager in July 2018, and various certifications in R programming and data manipulation and visualization from DataCamp in October 2017.
