Ramesh Muthuswami

Ramesh Muthuswami is currently serving as the Head of Credit & Risk at Ananya Finance For Inclusive Growth Private Limited since July 2021. Prior to that, they were the Founder of Finsights Consultancy & Training from May 2019 to July 2021. Ramesh also worked at CRISIL Ltd as an Associate Director from April 2013 to May 2019, where they handled various relationships in the financial services industry. Ramesh specialized in NBFCs engaged in gold loans, microfinance, vehicle loans, and more. Before that, they held the position of Manager at CRISIL Ltd from October 2008 to March 2013. Ramesh has also worked at IDBI Bank, where they served as Assistant General Manager from May 2006 to October 2008 and as Manager from July 2004 to April 2006. Additionally, they started their career as a Management Trainee at IDBI Bank from June 2003 to June 2004. Ramesh's early work experience includes serving as an Accounts Manager at Standard Granites from July 1999 to September 2002.

Ramesh Muthuswami attended Sri N.M. Mehta Jain Public School from 1986 to 1994. After completing their schooling, they enrolled at Madurai Kamaraj University and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1997. Following this, they pursued further education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they studied Accounting and Finance and earned the Chartered Accountant qualification from 1995 to 1998.
