Pascal Herviou

Pascal HERVIOU is a seasoned logistics expert with extensive experience in supply chain management and hospital logistics. Currently serving as an Expert du réseau Logistique at ANAP since April 2022, Pascal has held the position of Ingénieur Logistique et Mobilité at GROUPE HOSPITALIER BRETAGNE SUD since July 2007, overseeing a team of 150 professionals and managing a budget of 434 million euros while handling various logistics functions, patient flows, and medical archives. Pascal is also involved in hospital transfers and strategic project leadership, including the significant relocation of a 1100-bed facility. Additionally, Pascal contributes to academia as an adjunct instructor at Université de Bretagne Occidentale and IUT de Lorient - Pontivy. Previous experience includes director roles in pharmaceutical logistics and operations management, supported by master's and bachelor's degrees in logistics and operations management from esteemed universities.
