Martin Green is the current Director at Anaphite. Prior to this, they held various positions at LeydenJar Technologies B.V., ITM Power, The Henry Royce Institute, and Johnson Matthey. Martin has over 20 years of experience in corporate development and strategy.
Martin Green began their career at Johnson Matthey in 1997 as the General Manager of Automotive Emissions Control in Belgium. In 2001, they were promoted to Corporate Development Director and then to Strategic Development Director for Fuel Cells in 2006. In 2010, they led a business breakout group as the Group Strategic Development Director to create new growth options. Then, in 2012, they became the Managing Director of JM's activities in battery technologies where they built a global business from scratch with 800+ people and £150m in sales. Martin left Johnson Matthey in 2019 after 12 years with the company.
Most recently, Martin was at LeydenJar Technologies B.V. as an executive before taking on their current role as Director at Anaphite.
Martin Green has a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and a BSc (hons) in Chemistry from the University of Southampton.
