Amy Fanshaw

Amy Fanshaw is a skilled technical writer with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Technical Writer at Vertice since June 2023, Amy previously held the position of Technical Author at Tendable (formerly Perfect Ward) from July 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included collaborating with stakeholders to develop content strategies and engaging with Product and Engineering teams to deliver user-focused documentation. Prior to that, Amy worked at Dalet Flex, focusing on redesigning help content and creating training videos, and held roles at Celtra and Worldpay that involved producing user-oriented documentation and facilitating communication between technical teams and broader audiences. Amy's early career included a role at Synology, where significant technical documentation was produced in both English and Chinese. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Postgraduate Diploma in English Language and Literature, as well as Film, Television, and Media Studies from The University of Auckland.
