Jay Carmelotes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Business Partner at Anaplan since February 2024, Jay previously held various leadership roles at Deltek, including Team Lead and Senior Customer Success Manager, where a strong focus was placed on client retention. Jay's background includes roles at NetSuite as a Customer Advocate, where achievements included qualification for the NetSuite President's Club in 2016, and at OpenText, providing dedicated B2B services. Earlier career ventures include operations management at Altasia Trading, sales and marketing at Alli Cargo Transport and Logistics Services, and a decade-long experience in the music industry, performing with Newland Entertainment and the Disney Cruise Line's first All-Filipino band.
