Nia C. Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, instructional design, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management and DEI Leader at Salesforce since December 2021, Nia partners with senior leadership to integrate inclusion and equity into business strategies and advance diverse talent initiatives. As CEO of Nia C. Smith Strategic Empowerment Coaching since June 2021, Nia provides strategic coaching and empowerment solutions. Previous roles include Senior HR Manager at The Home Depot, where Nia developed enterprise learning and change management strategies, and Instructional Design Performance Consultant at McDonald's Corporation, where Nia led a global training program for UberEATS.
