Joseph Bazbaz currently serves as the Sales Enablement Lead at Anaplan, beginning in October 2023. As the Founder of The Bazbaz Blueprint For Winning@Work since January 2013, Joseph developed a comprehensive problem-solving program that significantly improved the performance of sales representatives, achieving a 95% closure rate on qualified leads. Joseph is also a Founding Member of the Sales Enablement Society, focusing on optimizing sales enablement practices. Previous roles include Sales Enablement Lead at Lift Relations and WorkFusion, Senior Sales Enablement Architect at Elastic, and Sales Enablement Manager at American First Finance, where Joseph created impactful training programs.
