With a background in consulting for Pre-IPO organizations and leadership positions in various companies, including MercuryGate International and Welch Allyn, Paul has consistently driven sales success through the development of people, processes, and training programs. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
