Shalaka Mahajan

Shalaka Mahajan has a diverse work experience, starting as a Junior Software Engineer at Netstore PLC in 2001. Shalaka then moved on to CPM International Contact Centre, where they served as a Senior Software Development Engineer, actively involved in product design, documentation, and presentations to management. Shalaka also played a role in creating system prototypes and coding software. Shalaka later joined Anaqua as a Software Engineer, and eventually became an Associate Director, Product and Technical Support. In this role, they supported clients, conducted training programs, and handled defect logging.

Shalaka Mahajan completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune. Shalaka then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
