Jim Griffin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and technology within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Partner and Investor and President/COO at Direct Orthopedic Care since January 2016, Jim has also taken on advisory roles at Mobile Wound Care MD and Anatomy Financial in 2024 and 2023, respectively. Prior to these positions, Jim held significant leadership roles such as Vice President of Operations at Homecare Homebase and Director of Information Technology at Encompass Home Health. Jim co-founded TotalChart, Inc., where responsibilities included managing customer services and guiding new product development. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at Hitachi Consulting and Braun Consulting. Jim holds dual BBA degrees in Management Information Systems and Accounting from Texas Tech University.
