Mikel Smith

Mikel Smith has worked in the IT industry for the past 9 years. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Account Manager for ANATOMY_IT. Prior to that, they were employed at StratX IT Solutions, LLC from 2016-2021, where they held the roles of Account Manager, Service Delivery Lead, and Help Desk Technician. Before that, they worked as a Help Desk Technician for Professional Data Systems, Inc. from 2012-2016. During their time as a Help Desk Technician, they were responsible for maintaining over 300 client's networks, computer systems, software and servers, as well as coordinating with fellow technicians and professionals to connect clients to happiness through technology.

Mikel Smith attended North Salem High School from 2008 to 2011, and then went on to the University of Hartford to study Computer Engineering from 2011 to 2015.
