Brian Fisk

Brian Fisk is the current Head of Development at Anaxdesigns. Brian previously held the position of Director, Information Services, and Information Security Officer at Careform from April 2018 to December 2018.

Careform is a fast growing company focused on removing barriers for patients and physicians for specialty pharmaceutical products. They are providing a novel approach to an established industry through collaboration, innovation, integrity, and agility.

As The Director of Information Services, Brian was accountable for the successful delivery of information strategies, services, and operations, while ensuring they align and support Careform's business objectives. As the Information Security Officer, they were responsible for the implementation and management of their ISO 27001/27002:2013 based Information Security Management System.

By pairing advanced methodologies from their Managed Services background with a cutting edge information tool-set utilizing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Brian helped Careform continue to be a leading innovator in the pharmaceutical sector.

During their time at Careform, the company was ranked 6th fastest growing company in Pittsburgh (second in the health care category) by Pittsburgh Business Times, Tech 50 finalist for Health IT company of the year by the Pittsburgh Technology Council, Pittsburgh's Coolest Offices by Pittsburgh Business Times, and ConnectiveRx Acquires Pittsburgh-Based Careform to Further Speed-to-Therapy and Patient Engagement for Specialty Drugs.

Brian Fisk attended State College Area High School and received a certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management.
