Lidija Skolnija

Lidija Skolnija has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2022, they have worked as a YouTuber, managing two channels in English and Russian. Prior to this, from 2020 onwards, they were the owner of Hemoline USA, an exclusive representative of a Human Biobank and Plasma Supplier in Georgia. Lidija also founded and served as the CEO of anaZana.com, an international digital marketing agency, from 2010 to 2013. Before that, they founded and chaired EUROPROJECTS, a management consulting and project development company. Lidija has also held roles at the Ministry of Special Assignments for E-Government Affairs and the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Additionally, they have experience in project evaluation and worked as an international commerce and investment consultant. Earlier in their career, Lidija worked as a radio producer and broadcaster for the U.S. Congress-financed Radio "Free Europe" Latvian Service.

Lidija Skolnija holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration, incl. Management of Information Systems, which they obtained from the University of Latvia in the years 1994 to 1996. Lidija also received a Diploma in Public Administration (Education and Training of Top Civil Servants) from the Danish School of Public Administration in Denmark in 1994. Before that, they pursued their Master's Degree in Law at Moscow State Law University of Kutafin from 1985 to 1990. Lastly, Lidija Skolnija began their educational journey by earning a Master's Degree in Education and Teaching from Liepaja University in Latvia from the years 1975 to 1982.
