Rashmi Sooriyabandara

Rashmi Sooriyabandara currently holds the position of Psychologist at Vida Medical and serves as a Visiting Lecturer at ANC Education and Aquinas College of Higher Studies. As the Founder of Maanasa Mental Health Service, Rashmi promotes mental health awareness in Sri Lanka, offering therapeutic consultations in Sinhala and English. Additionally, Rashmi works as a Lecturer at the Institute of Psychological Studies and as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist at the Sri Lanka National Institute of Professional Counselors. Previous experience includes roles as a Special Needs Teacher at Lyceum International School and an Assistant Lecturer at the Colombo Institute of Research and Psychology. Rashmi's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Missouri University of Science and Technology, a Diploma in Counseling and Psychotherapy from the Institute of Psychological Studies, and a Master's in Health and Clinical Psychology from the University of West London.
