Shashika Wijesinghe is an experienced professional in academic administration with a diverse background spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager in the Academic Administrative Office at ANC Education since January 2018, Shashika previously held the role of Senior Executive in Center Function & Academic Administration. Prior experience includes positions at the International College of Business and Technology as Programme Coordinator and at the National Institute of Business Management as Management Assistant. Shashika's career began as a Secretary at YMCA. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Colombo, as well as an Advanced National Diploma in Human Resource Management from NIBM Sri Lanka. Additional training includes diplomas in International Leadership & Training in Youth and Peace Building, Computer Science, and various certifications related to secretarial and computer training.
