Luke Rotondella

Luke Rotondella is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in corporate finance and legal advisory. Currently serving as Director and Vice President at Ancala since January 2019, Luke has a diverse career that includes significant roles at EY from November 2013 to December 2018, where responsibilities encompassed transaction origination and execution in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and project finance. Prior to EY, Luke worked as a solicitor in the Mergers and Acquisitions team at King & Wood Mallesons, advising on various corporate transactions. Luke holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, both obtained from Murdoch University between 2004 and 2008.
