Brian Gibson

Brian Gibson is an accomplished Implementation Manager with extensive experience at Ancestry since February 2009, progressing through various leadership roles in the Content Department. Key responsibilities have included managing support teams, overseeing imaging services, and acting as a liaison for software development projects. Gibson has played a critical role in the digitization and publication of records, led significant initiatives like the New Image Viewer Deepzoom Project, and coordinated with global vendors. In addition to contributions at Ancestry, Gibson has worked as a freelance photographer and held technical roles at Provo City Library, Sharpe Photography, Mackley Designer Portraiture, and Impact Photography, demonstrating a strong blend of technical and creative expertise.
