Cindy Olive

Cindy Olive has extensive experience in client relations and genealogy. Currently, as a Client Relationship Manager at AncestryProGenealogists since October 2013, Cindy focuses on connecting individuals with their families and manages the Executive Office and Quality Assurance team at Member Services. Previously, Cindy served as a Senior Team Manager at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where responsibilities included researching for clients and training others in genealogy from 1990 to 2017. Earlier roles include Receptionist/Scanner at Asset Planning Group, LLC, and IT Specialist for Provo City, where contributions included improving billing processes and training staff on new computer systems. Educational pursuits include studies at Amarillo College, Utah Valley University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Brigham Young University - Idaho.
