Lisa Pearl

Lisa Pearl, J.D., Ph.D., currently serves as the Head of US Content & Philanthropic Initiatives at Ancestry since 2022 and is the CEO of Lisa Pearl Leadership Strategies LLC, a boutique executive coaching and consulting firm founded in 2016. Pearl also holds a position on the Board of Trustees at The National WWII Museum since 2019 and previously worked with BetterUp as a Fellow Coach in Leadership Development from 2017 to 2023, recognized as one of the company's top coaches. With extensive experience at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum from 2004 to 2017 in various directorial roles, and as a researcher for the Presidential Commission on Holocaust Assets, Pearl's career began with service as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Israel Defense Forces from 1991 to 1993, advocating for women soldiers. Pearl earned a Ph.D. in International History from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Art History from Brandeis University.
