Sophie Hirt

Sophie Hirt has over a decade of experience in content operations and management, currently serving as the International Team Lead for Content Operations at Ancestry since November 2015, where Sophie has built and led an international team, managed high-profile partnerships, and facilitated business integrations. Prior roles include Senior Manager, Manager, and Associate Manager of International Content Operations at Ancestry, as well as Programme Manager at the Rothschild Foundation, contributing to strategic philanthropic initiatives. Sophie's career began as a Parliamentary Researcher and Assistant for the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland at the House of Commons. An alumna of the University of Nottingham, Sophie holds a First-Class BA in History and Politics.
