John Spillane

John Spillane has extensive experience in executive leadership roles. John is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at AWC Manufacturing LP, a high-tech and service-oriented custom steel fabrication company. Prior to this, they held the position of CEO at Anchor Danly, a North American market leader in value-added manufacturing and distribution. Additionally, they were the CEO of Arizona Natural Resources, a full-service contract manufacturer in the beauty industry. Earlier in their career, John Spillane served as the President/CEO of UNIPOWER, a provider of rectifiers and power systems, and as the Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Kids II, a global consumer products company. John also held executive positions at Tyden Group, New York Wire, Arvin Meritor, and Johnson Electric Industrial Manufactory Ltd. John Spillane has a track record of successfully turning around businesses, expanding operations, and driving growth.

John Spillane has an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. John also holds a BASc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor. In addition, they have completed the Executive Leadership Series from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. John is also a licensed Professional Engineer, Province of Ontario, Canada, obtained in 1990 from Professional Engineers Ontario.
