Mario Ceballos, CTFL, is an experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst with a background in insurance and logistics. Currently employed at Anchor General Insurance Agency since March 2018, Mario has held various roles in software quality assurance, including Software QA Tester II, and previously worked as an Underwriting Associate and Endorsement Technician II at the same agency from May 2013 to 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as an Auto Insurance Claims Assistant at Kemper Insurance from 2010 to 2012, where responsibilities involved supporting claim adjusters with investigations and customer service in the claims department.
