Todd Kaplan's work experience includes the following positions:

- Chief Operations Officer at Anchor Group Limited, starting in January 2012

- Owner of WildlifeCampus, starting in March 2001

- Co Owner and COO at Investor Campus, starting in January 2001

- General Manager of Education at AfriCam, where they were responsible for creating and implementing the website www.WildlifeCampus.com. This role lasted from 2000 to 2001.

- Tutor Manager at Allenby In Home Study, starting in 1998 and ending in 2000.

Todd Kaplan's education history begins in 1991 when they attended Rhodes University. Todd completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Zoology/Animal Biology in 1995. Following this, they enrolled in the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria in 1996 and completed a BSc Honours degree in Wildlife Management Ecology in 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Todd Kaplan obtained a Directors Programme certification from the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa in September 2014.
