Richard Paddock

Richard Paddock is currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Anchor Health Properties since October 2017. Previously, Richard held the position of Vice President for Development at the same company. Richard also worked as the Director of Construction at Kindred Healthcare from August 2015 to September 2017. Prior to that, Richard was a Project Manager at JE Dunn Construction from June 2008 to August 2015, where Richard managed the development of the Gulch Crossing Office Building in Nashville, TN. Richard also gained experience as an Intern at Danis Building Construction Company. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction Management from the University of North Florida.
