Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Anchor Home, Inc. since 2019, Helen previously held the position of Senior Counsel and SVS Chief Compliance Officer at Transamerica from 2015 to 2019. Helen's legal career includes serving as the Senior Assistant Attorney General (Lead Counsel) at the Maryland Office of the Attorney General from 2001 to 2015 and as In-House Counsel for Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. from 1997 to 2001. Helen holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Securities Law & Financial Regulations from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Calabar.
