Melissa Del Valle has worked in the food industry since 2008. Melissa began their career at Jetro Restaurant Depot as a Junior buyer Meat. In 2016, they moved to Capitol Food Company as a Purchasing. Melissa then joined Anchor Ingredients Company in 2018 as a Merchendiser/ Ingredient Sales.
Melissa Del Valle attended Marina High School from 1998 to 2002, where they earned their high school diploma. Melissa then attended Orange Coast College from 2002 to 2005, where they studied buisness and accounting.
