Teresa Tate

Teresa Tate is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Owner of Anchor Medical, LLC, a position held since April 2014. In this role, Teresa Tate specializes in diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic illnesses while conducting physical examinations and interpreting medical histories.
