Jennifer Lemar has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in business analysis and IT procurement. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at Anchor since November 2021, Jennifer supports the Digital & Change division by gathering and analyzing business requirements for new IT solutions. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at the Medical Protection Society from July 2015 to November 2021, first as an IT Service Analyst and later leading IT procurement projects within the same division. Additional experience includes managing household insurance claims as a Claims Manager at RSA and overseeing IT procurement projects at Communisis. Earlier in Jennifer's career, a significant tenure at IBM involved managing the diaries and travel arrangements for multiple executives.
